On 31 October 2009 the Fund’s name changed to AllianceBernstein–India Growth Portfolio as a result of the merger of AllianceBernstein–India Growth Fund into a portfolio of ACMBernstein SICAV. AllianceBernstein is the trading name of ACMBernstein SICAV. Performance prior to 31 October 2009 and noted “since inception” is actually AllianceBernstein–India Growth Fund. The investment objective, policies, strategies and fees and charges between the Fund and the portfolio remain the same.
