Effective 30 May 2017, AB SICAV I - Global Core Equity Portfolio's investment policies have been updated to provide for AllianceBernstein L.P., the investment manager of the Fund, to screen issuers of equity securities in accordance with enhanced Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) standards as part of its internal stock selection process. The investment objective, policy and strategy of the Portfolio remains substantially the same.
