The Portfolio is part of AB SICAV I (referred to as “AB”). AB is an open-ended investment company with variable capital (société d’investissement à capital variable) incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

On 15 September 2010, AllianceBernstein - European Growth Portfolio was renamed to AllianceBernstein - Eurozone Strategic Value Portfolio. Also, the Portfolio’s strategy, policies, and the management team changed. Prior to 14 September 2016, the Portfolio was named AB Eurozone Strategic Value Portfolio. All data prior to 14 September 2016 relates to the AB Eurozone Strategic Value Portfolio.
